It's a 2,400 square foot modern home on 125 private acres of Chihuahuan Desert — far enough from everything to feel genuinely remote, close enough to Big Bend National Park and Terlingua to make day trips easy.
Originally built by Big Bend National Park employees, the home is comfortable and well-equipped without losing its connection to the landscape around it.

Wildlife
Mule deer, javelinas, coyotes, rabbits, lizards, and diverse bird species are common on the property. Less frequent but possible sightings include black bears, mountain lions, bobcats, and desert bighorn sheep. Most wildlife avoids human contact — be mindful of your surroundings, especially regarding snakes.
